Thank you Craig’s Tire Service today for fixing my flat tire. After having a flat tire on the 35 bypass, 2 law enforcement officers stopped to help, took the flat tire off and put the spare (donut) tire on and followed me to your shop. You got me in and out of the tire shop with a repair with very minimal wait time and I was back on the road! Thank you. You are your staff are great!
We winter in Rockport & are very very lucky to find Craigs Tire. The Craig owner & his staff are incredible ,honest and best of all they laugh at my jokes. Kidding aside, I live in Toronto Canada and travel over 2000 miles each way to Rockport .Craig deserves more than 5 stars, 50 would be more appropriate. My kids and I came into Rockport for a small vacation, and on our way back to our hometown of San Antonio, I needed to run my car to an automotive shop to check my tires. I came across Craig’s Automotive. I made my way there and wasn’t sure of the area or if this automotive shop would even help me. I pulled in and within 2 minutes, the owner comes out to greet me and see how he could help. I told him my concerns and without question or hesitation, the owner himself was more than glad to check my tires before I and my children got on the road. Although it was a fairly simple inspection, it was the personable, beyond willing, and friendly customer service that was displayed start to finish. The owner Craig put my mind at ease and happily did so. Such a small concern of mine led to such a lasting impression from the owner, as well as from his company. Clearly, the owner sets the bar high for himself, his employees, and his customers. Thank you Craig and employees of Craig’s Automotive. We arrived safely in San Antonio and we look forward to using you as our #1 automotive shop in Rockport, Tx! Y’all went above and beyond and were great! Keep doing what you’re doing.
